Expansion and fortification of the ERP Ranger program
This video describes ERP’s Ranger program, operated on a fully-volunteer basis by the Group’s local forprofit businesses’ staff. The video was produced for internal promotional purposes to announce that the program will soon become available on a limited basis, to staff outside of South Africa. ERP is offering a small number of positions for periods of a couple of weeks, to people working in other parts of the world. The positions are to be allocated based on merit and achievement in the for-profit businesses. There is an almost Clark Kent-like feel to some of the people: SAP consultants by day, ERP Rangers safeguarding threatened rhinos by night. The program is a poster-child for the Group’s ‘Beyond Corporate Purpose’ tagline.
