Material Options

Titanium
Tough, lightweight, and extremely corrosion-resistant—titanium is our most popular material for a reason. If you’re purchasing your first Tactile Turn product, this is where we suggest starting.

Copper
One of the few metals with a natural color beyond silver or gray. Copper is naturally antimicrobial and develops a rich patina over time, making each pen unique.

Bronze
Primarily composed of copper and tin, with traces of other metals like aluminum or nickel. Bronze machines beautifully and ages with character—great polished or with a touch of patina.

Zirconium
Located just beneath titanium on the periodic table, zirconium offers similar corrosion resistance but stands out with a lustrous, dark gray finish. It's difficult to machine and among the most premium materials we offer.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in the same condition you received them
  
• Include the original packaging
  
• Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
  

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following cannot be returned:

• Sale items (marked-down products are not refundable)
  

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item.

Return shipping fees cannot be refunded and will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us before sending the item back.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at checkout, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is processed.

If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
