We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you’re welcome to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Shipping
- ERP Mercantile does not provide specific delivery times or shipping methods publicly.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, even if you return an item.
- For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received them
- Include the original packaging
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Certain personal care items
- Sale items (marked-down products are not refundable)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item.
Return shipping fees cannot be refunded and will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us before sending the item back.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at checkout, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is processed.
If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

How do I return my order?
If you would like to return your order, please fill out the attached return form that came with the package. Carefully seal the package and attach the shipping label to the package.
Are there any shipping costs?
For orders under $100 a shipping cost of $9,95 is charged.
All orders over $100 will be delivered for free.
Can I still change my order?
If you want to change your order, please send us an email. We will see what is still possible.
